The Princess and the Kiss by Jennie Bishop is by far my most favorite book ever written for children. This is a beautiful story of a young princess saving her kiss for her prince. In the story, the parents present their daughter with a kiss to keep or give away, but she is to use wisdom in saving the kiss for her prince by not parting with it for the sake of a stranger.I created a kiss of my own to present to my daughter Hanna as I sat down to read her the story for the first time. It was a very spiritual moment for the both of us. A Life Lesson devotional is also available. Jennie Bishops has written Squire and the Scroll for boys and The Garden Wall for courting youth.
